Carlo Andreani of Westwood briefed the board on traffic-control solutions at the Brock Intermediate campus for FM 1189 and Pritchard Road. The district’s TxDOT permit requires infrastructure funding within a five-year timeline. Westwood reported that the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) committed to fund 100% of construction costs for the proposed concept while Brock ISD would cover design costs.
