The Planning Commission on Oct. 13 took up concerns about the condition of Station Road after the item was placed on the agenda by Lynnette Groff. Commissioners said utility work tied to subdivision development had disturbed parts of the roadway that were not properly repaired or repaved, and flagged a significant drop-off where asphalt meets dirt.
