Washington Township approves subdivision at 57 Hofman Rd
The board approved a subdivision of the Leroy Sparks Estate at 57 Hofman Rd (Parcel JD-8), allowing separation of two existing dwellings and noting one potential future building lot; the board also authorized the secretary to sign DEP planning waiver paperwork.

Supervisor Harlen Anderson, Jr. moved to approve the subdivision plan for the Leroy Sparks Estate, located at 57 Hofman Rd, Parcel JD-8, as presented by Surveyor Ronald Brown. Supervisor Dan McGregor seconded the motion and the board approved the plan.
