Andrea from HR told the board the county and Teamsters Local 238 negotiated a voluntary two-year agreement that includes a 3.5% wage increase for fiscal year 2027 and a 3% increase for fiscal year 2028. She said the parties made language changes and adjusted some schedules from 12-hour shifts to 8-hour shifts and moved from a PTO model back to traditional vacation and sick accruals.
