Board approves multiple subdivision plans; Secretary authorized to sign DEP modules
Supervisors approved a modification of plan for parcel KE-4A, a subdivision adding land from a parent tract that leaves no building rights for Lot 1, and a three-lot subdivision for Eldon Baum at 1981 Ridge Rd.; the Secretary was directed to sign DEP waivers and the Planning & Exemption Sewage Module.

The board moved through several land-development items on the Nov. 17 agenda. Supervisor Harlen Anderson, Jr. made a motion to approve a modification of a plan for parcel KE-4A (owner George Deardorff) to set permanent reference monuments around Lot 2 and Lot 2A and to reference any permanent monuments for residual Lot 1; the motion was seconded. The board also approved a subdivision that adds land from the parent tract to adjoining parcels and leaves no building rights on the residual Lot 1.
