The Erie County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously April 22 to cancel several scheduled Commission meetings in May 2026. The canceled dates are Monday, May 4; Thursday, May 7; Monday, May 11; Thursday, May 14; Thursday, May 21; Monday, May 25 (Memorial Day); Wednesday, May 27; and Thursday, May 28. The motion was made by Mr. Shoffner and seconded by Mr. Old; the roll call was recorded as "All Aye."
