Perry Local board authorizes legal challenges to three property valuations
The Perry Local Board of Education on March 13 authorized its counsel to file original complaints under Ohio Revised Code §5715.19 challenging the 2024 valuations for three property owners, including ANW Holdings LLC, Chateau Reorganization (19 parcels) and Snackhouse Portfolio Property LLC; all three motions carried unanimously.
