Committee adds explicit SPS code references and asks staff for written legal support
After debate about mandatory service contracts and other holding-tank provisions, the committee voted to add 'in accordance with Wisconsin Administrative Code chapter SPS 383' to specified sections and asked staff to produce highlighted citations and a written justification before the public hearing.
