The Board of Works voted to approve a $4,542.50 change order tied to the wastewater plant's new ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system. Staff said the change order covers a cell-phone alarm feature to notify operators when the system cycles; the motion passed after a second and a voice vote ("Motion carries").
