Jeremy Raymond, the Uintah County fire marshal, delivered the office’s 2024 annual update and told residents that burn permits for Ballard are available through the county website. "Residents who need a burn permit ... go to Uintahfire.com, go to burn permit, application, Ballard city, and fill it out," Raymond said, and he announced the permitted burn window for the county is April 1 through May 31, 2025.
