The board approved Petition #2025-12 (Town of Albion) to rezone 3.58 acres to R2 for a cabin and denied Petition #2025-13 (Town of Melrose) to rezone 2.00 acres to R2 for a single-family home; Petition #2025-13 failed by roll call, 17 Aye, 2 No (Laurent, Peloquin).
