The Rio Grande County Board of Commissioners on April 2 approved Conditional Use Application CU-01-25, allowing Verlyn Boese’s Tin Cup Ranch & Overland to operate a small events and wedding venue on a roughly 60.75-acre property at 68 Greywood Lane north of Del Norte.
