Following discussion Oct. 13, the Buffalo County Board of Commissioners approved an amended fee agreement with Blue Cross Blue Shield. The motion to approve was made by Commissioner Timothy Higgins and seconded by Commissioner Myron Kouba; the minutes record the motion carried with all present voting "Aye" and Commissioner Maendele absent.
