Ford County commissioners approve consent items, start judicial foreclosure process and adopt updated solid-waste plan
At their April 21 meeting the Ford County Board of Commissioners approved routine minutes and claims, adopted Resolution No. 2025-12 to begin judicial foreclosure proceedings for unredeemed property, and adopted Resolution No. 2025-11 updating the regional solid-waste management plan after a public hearing with no comments.

Vice Chairman Chris Boys called the Ford County Board of Commissioners to order April 21, 2025, and the board approved the consent agenda, including meeting minutes for 2025-08 and 2025-09 and listed additions and abatements. The board also approved claims totaling $439,043.14, with both motions carried 2-0.
