At the Feb. 18 meeting the Colbert County Commission adopted a consent agenda listing routine approvals and personnel matters. Chairperson Tori Bailey presented the consent agenda, and Commissioner Bendall moved to adopt it; the minutes record the motion as duly seconded and adopted, though the minutes do not clearly identify an individual who seconded the motion.
