The council approved Resolution 26-40, which authorized the terms and conditions of an agreement between the City of Lytle and Kimley‑Horn and Associates for Individual Project Order Number 25-13-006 regarding Project Pirate site development plan review. Alderman Michael Rodriguez moved to approve the resolution, Alderman David Emery seconded, and the council voted 5:0 in favor.
