The City Council voted to approve the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block 1 and Lot 2, Block 2 of Project Lytle Subdivision, described by the Mrs. Mary Denson Survey Abstract No. 1444 and others. Alderman David Emery moved to approve the plat and Alderman Richard Hughes seconded; the motion carried on a 5:0 vote.
