Committee recommends CivicPlus Premium website plan; $14,513.40 upfront payment and 15% utility share

Utilities Office Supervisor Courtney Trainor presented two CivicPlus website proposals — Standard and Premium — to replace the city's current site before the Granicus contract expires in January 2026. Trainor told the Committee that Granicus had been unresponsive with a quote and that the County had already transitioned to CivicPlus.
