James M. Altenberg asked the Collier County Code Enforcement Board for more time to finish a partially built pool after the contractor abandoned the project. The board asked whether the pool was safe and had a protective enclosure; staff confirmed it did. "I hired Slausenger pools to complete a pool," Altenberg said during his appearance.
