Consultant says draft DDA development plan will be ready for March meeting
Jim McManus of McKenna told the Lake Odessa Downtown Development Authority that most of the DDA development-plan text is complete, he will take over the project after a staff change, and a draft is expected by the March regular meeting; the plan projects about 2% annual growth and will retain the prior vision statement.
