Council reviewed and unanimously approved an amendment to the Verizon cell tower lease that provides $1,800 per month in rent with a 2% annual increase and grants the lessee the possibility of up to six 5‑year extensions. The motion to approve was made by Mr. Metzgar and seconded by Mr. Hoffa and recorded as Motion Passed.
