The Maine State Harness Racing Commission reviewed draft amendments to Chapter 9 (Sire Stakes) and Chapter 11 (Medications) at its Nov. 19 meeting and directed staff to make changes to the drafts. Commissioners discussed the drafts during the meeting and provided direction to staff; the minutes record no formal vote to adopt the rules at this session.
