Muskogee County commissioners approve permits, appointments and split $30,000 legal fee for economic development talks
At its April 7, 2025 meeting the Muskogee Board of County Commissioners approved permits for EcoLink Fiber, designated requisitioning officers for Buckhorn VFD, reappointed Commissioner Payne to the EODD board, and agreed to split up to $30,000 in attorney fees with the City of Muskogee and the Port Authority; several permit and bid items received no action.

The Muskogee Board of County Commissioners approved a package of routine and administrative items April 7, 2025, including a utility permit for EcoLink Fiber, designation of requisitioning officers for the Buckhorn Volunteer Fire Department, a reappointment to the Eastern Oklahoma Development District board and an agreement to share attorney fees for an economic development negotiation.
