The Board of Muskingum County Commissioners on April 3 accepted the Tax Incentive Review Council's 2025 recommendations. The minutes record that the board decided to continue all existing Enterprise Zone agreements except for Brill Farms, whose enterprise zone percent was reduced from 60% to 50 (Resolution 25-0379). The action was approved unanimously by roll call.
