Presenter Mr. Trevino introduced "Web Square," a concept for a creative-and-technology festival that would combine exhibits, workshops, screenings, performances and demonstrations to highlight Laredo's artists, musicians, filmmakers, entrepreneurs and cultural organizations. He said the idea is scalable and could begin as a focused one- or two-day pilot event to test demand.
