The council reviewed proposals from two companies—Freedom NW Property Management and Northwest Property Management & Real Estate Marketing Group, Inc.—to manage rentals for the city's Community Building. Councilwoman Alishia Hornburg moved to proceed with Freedom NW, citing the simplicity of the contract; Councilwoman Jodie Curtis seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
