Commissioners approve utility installations in Precincts 2 and 4
Rusk County Commissioners approved installation requests from Rusk County Electric and Crystal Farms WSC in Precinct 2 and two Spectrum installations in Precinct 4, authorizing underground/road-bore work and a conduit and pedestal within county ROW.

The court approved multiple utility and telecommunications installations across Precincts 2 and 4. For Precinct 2 the court approved Rusk County Electric’s proposal to place an underground line under/across the right-of-way of CR 2138 and Crystal Farms WSC’s proposal to place a road bore under/across CR 2183. The motion was moved by Commissioner Robert Kuykendall and seconded by Commissioner Randy Gaut.
