Humble council approves several plats, a variance and construction change orders
Council unanimously approved a partial replat of Reserve A (0.3443 acres), replat and development plat for Reserves D & E (1.3112 acres), a development plat for Cedar Pond Block 3 (0.676 acres), a variance for Harmony Cove Section 1, the Final Plat for Harmony Cove Section 1 (44.330 acres), and two contract change orders (Main Street/Houston Ave. and Vehicle Maintenance Building re-roof).
