Fair Manager Jiles Bowman presented a Caterpillar skid steer lease agreement to the Board on Sept. 28. The Board voted to authorize the Chairman’s signature on the lease (motion by Fritsche, seconded by Dean), and the motion passed on a unanimous roll call.
