Consultants from Samuels Group (Kurt Berner) and Venture Architects (Cory Beyer and Kyle Knop) presented the Jail Ad Hoc Committee summary to the County Board on Feb. 11. After the presentation, Supervisor Martin S. Ryan moved and Supervisor Jay J. Myrechuck seconded a motion to refer the jail study to the Public Safety Committee; the referral passed by voice vote (ayes 23; nays 0; excused 2).
