Coatesville RDA approves third amendment to IDG Development’s NSEC redevelopment agreement
The Coatesville Redevelopment Authority voted 4-0 on Aug. 19 to approve a third amendment to the redevelopment agreement with IDG Development for the NSEC project and authorized a confirmation letter for a Riverwalk easement. The board also approved minutes and accounts payable and announced its next meeting date.

The Coatesville Redevelopment Authority voted 4-0 on Aug. 19 to approve a third amendment to the redevelopment agreement with IDG Development for the NSEC project and to authorize a letter confirming a Riverwalk easement. Vice Chairman Jack Burkholder moved the motion; Board member Ricky Campbell seconded.
