ZLR Committee conditionally approves Sugar River Vista preliminary plat in Verona
The Dane County Zoning & Land Regulation Committee conditionally approved the Sugar River Vista preliminary plat in the Town of Verona, requiring a flood study, stormwater/erosion control compliance, 320-foot lot depth for certain lots, utility easements and other standard conditions before land disturbance.

The Zoning & Land Regulation Committee voted 5-0 on April 8 to approve the Sugar River Vista preliminary plat (LD-024) in the Town of Verona, subject to staff-recommended conditions. Jerry Bollig moved for conditional approval; Jeffrey Kroning seconded the motion and the committee recorded a unanimous vote.
