The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee approved the final plat for Telemark Hills Phase 1 in the Town of Cable on Jan. 16, imposing conditions including recording avigation easements and private road maintenance agreements on deeds, compliance with town driveway ordinances, and construction of private roads to town standards; the committee specified that roads do not have to be offered to the town for dedication at this time, but if conveyed later they must be paved to town standards at the subdivision property owners’ expense.
