The board approved a resolution authorizing Kilbuck Township’s participation in the Allegheny County Vacant Property Recovery Program after amending the agenda; Solicitor Mueller will draft and file the formal resolution with the county.

Kilbuck Township’s Board of Supervisors voted Aug. 26 to participate in the Allegheny County Vacant Property Recovery Program. Tomaro moved to amend the agenda to add a resolution authorizing participation; Hartman seconded and the motion passed 3-0. The board subsequently approved the resolution, also 3-0.
