Jesse McCoy told the committee that most plumbing problems at the splash park have been repaired. The minutes record that WMU has a leak at the meter and that one person referenced as Jeff is reporting a $30,000 bill associated with the issue. Rimar has installed a fence and Brian Ward will meet with Jesse to inspect the HVAC system; Parks & Rec was asked to mow the site to improve its appearance.
