Trustee Curzio updated the board on an audit-committee review of current routing software (Traversa plus Zonar) and a proposed alternative, Unite GPS. Curzio described historical Travera costs (a one-time implementation fee previously around $30,000 and roughly $10,000 per year) and said Unite GPS quoted approximately $21,000 per year with no upfront deployment fee.
