A representative of VF Capital updated the Village Council about the proposed School Street Development, a 49‑lot subdivision on the north side of the village. Erin, speaking on behalf of Kelsey Bell, told council the project will require village water, sewer and stormwater maintenance and that VF Capital expects to begin work as early as summer 2026 with a gradual pace—roughly two homes per year to start.
