Resident requests exception to build outbuilding before residence; Board asks for May consideration

Clerk Nicole Schauer told electors she received a building permit application on the day of the meeting from resident Jason Roecker for an outbuilding. According to the minutes, Roecker is requesting a special exception to construct the shed prior to construction of the principal residence. The Board directed that this request be placed on the May Town Board meeting agenda for formal consideration.
