The board approved RESOLUTION NO. 2025-05, authorizing purchase of services for software training for the Village Clerk and Deputy Clerk. The motion was made by Trustee Travis Parry and seconded by Trustee David Anderson; the minutes indicate roll-call ayes from Trustees David Anderson, Travis Parry, Donald Butler, Pam Conn and Mary Ormond and show the motion carried.
