Racine County outlines March soft opening for Jonathan Delagrave youth facility and programs
Racine County officials said the Jonathan Delagrave Youth Development and Care Center will begin a staff-only soft opening March 1, 2025, with a public opening planned April 1. County leaders described gender-specific programming, career-readiness partnerships and a $50,000 grant for family reintegration supports.
