Engineer briefs board on Washington 10 Project progress and planned culvert work

County Engineer Jared Johnson updated the board on the Washington 10 Project, reporting that the department completed the site hydraulic analysis and that a twin box culvert is planned to satisfy hydraulic requirements. Johnson said the department prepared the staking plan, removed the bridge substructure last week, finished clearing and grubbing, and excavated the temporary stream diversion; reinforcing steel arrived on site but heavy rains late last week prevented work.
