The Board of Public Works recommended council approval of a design contract with JT Engineering, Inc. for the Bridgewater Avenue STP-Urban Program project covering the stretch from Wheaton Street to Terrill Street. Director Brandon Cesafsky told the board four consulting firms submitted proposals and the review committee scored JT Engineering highest.
