At its Jan. 2 meeting the Waterloo Common Council approved 'Portzen Pay #20,' accepted informational updates on a wastewater remodel, deferred an ordinance on bills in arrears and passed Resolution 2025-08 approving Town & Country for a 2031 State Hwy 19 project.
