The board approved an attorney-rate increase on Aug. 4. The motion, moved by Commissioner Jason Frost and seconded by Vice-Chairman Timothy Biddle, passed with one abstention (Commissioner Damon Hoyte) and one absent commissioner (Gerald Douglas).

On Aug. 4 the Commission approved an increase in the attorney rate after a formal motion by Commissioner Jason Frost, seconded by Vice-Chairman Timothy Biddle. The motion passed with Commissioner Damon Hoyte recorded as abstaining and Commissioner Gerald Douglas absent; Chairman Charles Coffey voted yes.
