Fayette County Commissioners on Feb. 3 approved an appropriation of $1,500,000 to a HUD grant account identified in the minutes as ‘HUD Grant Bluegrass’ (account 1489, line 24920008) for contract services, and recorded an advance out of $39,309.68 to the same grant (1489, 24920030).
