During the Feb. 23 work session commissioners amended the agenda to add a voting item and then voted unanimously to accept a written offer of $16,000 for county parcel Map/Parcel CO8/0064. The motion to accept the offer was made by Commissioner Damon Hoyte and seconded by Commissioner Gerald Douglas.
