The Board of Muskingum County Commissioners adopted rules for use of courthouse property on Feb. 10, 2025, establishing permit, safety and cleanup requirements for events held on the courthouse esplanade. Assistant Prosecutor Mark Zanghi presented the resolution, which the board approved by roll call with Commissioner Bell absent and Commissioners Prouty and Cameron voting in favor.
