By motion of Commissioner Randy H. Bunch, the board approved Amendment No. 1 to the Program Management Agreement for The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP), No. 4100090753, between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (through the Department of Agriculture) and Fulton County, extending the contract date to Sept. 30, 2027. The motion passed unanimously.
