At their March 5 meeting the Stark County Board of Commissioners approved a series of appropriations, budget transfers, contracts and project awards, including a sheriff services agreement for child support enforcement and a bridge contract for Beaumont Avenue. Most motions passed 2–0 with one commissioner absent.
