On Feb. 19, 2025, the Village Board of Wind Point voted 6-0 to convene into closed session under Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchase of public property and related matters specifically identified as Deepwood Dr, Outlot 1. President Alison McCulloch moved the motion; Trustee Loppnow seconded. The minutes record the roll-call vote as all six members present voting "Aye."
